Driving with Team Boughey

Our drivers are a key part of keeping food and drink supply chains moving safely and reliably across the UK. At Boughey Logistics, driver roles typically involve trunking and store deliveries, working to planned schedules with support from an experienced transport team.

We focus on giving drivers the tools and support they need to do the job well. This includes a modern, well-maintained fleet, realistic planning, ongoing training and a strong emphasis on safety and wellbeing.

What drivers can expect at Boughey
  • The Fleet: State of the art Volvo trucks, regularly maintained and updated
  • Shifts: Both days and night shift patterns available working 5 on 3 off, always allowing you to work a 6th shift should you wish
  • Training: Ongoing CPC and fuel-efficiency training
  • Unrivalled Pay: Rates between £18.50 to £20 per hour base – with enhanced rates up to £30 per hour available for specified high volume shifts
  • Uniform and protective equipment provided
