I joined Boughey three years ago after a year of college. At school I enjoyed business studies as I was able to learn about management and grasp a better understanding of how companies like Boughey are run.
Tell us about your current role: During my time at Boughey started as a Warehouse Operative picking goods, I quickly progressed and earned my Reach Truck Licence. I took on a Level 2 apprenticeship in warehousing and after 16 months I was able to complete my apprenticeship.
In June 2022 I was promoted to Team Leader, and I am now taking on a new Level 3 Supervisor and Management Apprenticeship.
What do you like about working at Boughey? The company is full of opportunities to progress and create a career in an industry that is constantly growing along with demand. My manager has supported me throughout my time here and has rewarded my ambition with several opportunities.
