Monday to Friday
- Days OTE: £35k - £37k – plus the option to earn up to £270 per additional shift
- Tramping OTE: £42k - £46k inclusive of guaranteed night out payments – plus the option to earn up to £295 per additional shift (including night out)
4-on, 4-off days
- Days OTE: £30k - £32k – plus the option to earn up to £203 per additional shift
- Tramping OTE: £35k - £38k inclusive of guaranteed night out payments – plus
- the option to earn up to £228 per additional shift (including night out)
Weekends
- Tramping OTE: £47k - £52k
- Guaranteed daily rates and weekend overtime at a premium rate

What's on offer and why us?
- Working as a member of a busy Warehouse Team, you will be responsible for making sure our customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. The role is a full warehouse position and will involve checking stock, goods and location controlling, picking and handballing and will use mobile plant vehicles (reach trucks, forklifts etc)
- You will need the ability to carry out reach truck duties and other mobile plant as required - we will provide training/refresher training

- Monday to Friday working 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00 with 1 in 5 weekend working
- Monday to Friday 22:00 to 06:00 nights
- Sunday to Thursday 22:00 to 06:00 nights
- 4-on 4-off 06:00 to 18:00 fixed days
- 4-on on 4-off 18:00 to 06:00 fixed night
- The position will suit a team player with a positive attitude towards work and employee engagement, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- This is a hands-on role that may involve lifting and carrying

The team is the heartbeat of our business providing the important link between our customers and our warehouse and transport teams.
What does the role involve?
- Working with our food industry customers by telephone, email and face-to-face
- Managing a challenging workload, working closely with our Warehouse and Transport Teams to ensure we consistently deliver for our customers
- The work is dynamic, fast-paced with plenty of variety
- No specific experience necessary as full training will be provided
- Hours of work are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and a Saturday or Sunday every five weeks

A key part of my role includes the design, development and testing of applications within SAP – our ERP system used to integrate different areas of the business.
I joined Boughey as a driver and three years ago took up the position of Driver Trainer in the Transport Compliance Team to support our team of drivers and with the initial aim of getting all driver CPC qualifications up-to-date.
