Tim oversees the company’s operations and performance across its three sites in Wardle, Crewe and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Career Background

Tim has enjoyed a prolific 35-year career in the logistics industry and joined us from one of the largest companies in our industry, global chilled and frozen operator, Lineage, where he held the role of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President Operations Europe.

In 2018, Lineage acquired temperature-controlled logistics service provider and frozen food distributor, the Yearsley Group, where Tim enjoyed a dynamic 27-year career, rising to the position of Managing Director, Logistics. In this role, he led all operational and commercial functions.

Tim also represented the temperature-controlled supply chain by serving as a Director and President of the Food Storage and Distribution Federation, later rebranded as the Cold Chain Federation, over a ten-year period.

Away from work

Golf, particularly playing in the sunshine, and keeping active.

Growing up in the “Madchester” era gave Tim a passion for DJing and he says spinning tracks in his home studio keeps him grounded.
