Key Responsibilities

Direction of all the company’s warehouse operations encompassing two depots, 16 individual warehouses, 300+ employees, approximately 135,000 pallets in storage, and a weekly 45k+ pallet throughput.

A focus on productivity, consolidation efficiency, customer service and HSQE compliance comprise Danny’s primary targets as our industry continues to raise the bar in terms of food safety, employee safety, and sustainability.

Danny also oversees systems and process enhancements, and the implementation of lean initiatives across the business.

Career Background

A great example of our home-grown talent, Danny joined the company as a warehouse operative after completing his degree studies and quickly progressed into management roles within both the warehouse and the IT Team. He was appointed as Warehouse Operations Director in 2017 and has recently completed an MBA supported by the company.

Away from work

Football, cricket, horse racing and spending as much as possible with his young family.
