Key Responsibilities

Angela joined the company as Managing Director in early 2022 and has overall responsibility for directing the company and shaping its future.

Her key priorities include developing relationships with our loyal customer base, building on the company’s distinguished 58-year history and securing future success. Angela believes that continually listening to customers and keeping pace with the industry’s ever-evolving requirements will support business growth.

The ‘family feel’ of the business, in spite of its size, is something that Angela views as a real asset and which has contributed to the long and cemented relationships with many customers.

Angela considers our people, a substantial number with long service records, to be the company’s most important asset.

Career Background

Angela has worked in the logistics industry for almost all of her career. Her first job in the industry was working as a warehouse picker for Wincanton and her most recent role was as Operations Director with Culina. She says she has been lucky to have covered a wide range of operations within the industry, as well as working with a broad spectrum of companies. These include Gist, Kuehne + Nagel, XPO and NYK Logistics.

Away from work

Angela has two dogs (Lurchers) which keep her busy. She also enjoys cooking for friends and family, and is a Sunday social golfer with quite a high handicap but she really enjoys the sport.
