Join Team Boughey as a Warehouse Operative – Days – ST5

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our Warehouse Team at Lymedale, Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The successful candidates will be working as a member of a busy Warehouse team; the role will be responsible for making sure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. The role is a full encompassing Warehouse position and will involve checking stock, goods and location controlling, picking and handballing.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking orders from pick lists and locate stock as and when required.
Packing orders ready for dispatch.
Dispatching goods to our customers.
Completing all paperwork and documents as the position requires.
Receiving, checking and storing products from suppliers in a manner so that Company is not liable for any damages.
To report all shortages and damages found to the Team Leader immediately.
To maintain the highest quality standards with due regard to the Customer’s requirements and in line with HARA, BRCGS and any other internal or external legislation/audits.
To be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others.
Ensuring work areas are kept in a safe, clean and tidy manner.
To abide by the company policies and procedures.
Able to carry out Reach truck duties and other mobile plant when required (training/refreshers will be given as required for the needs of the department).

Location: Lymedale, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 9QG
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days, 12-hour shifts, 06:00 hours to 18:00 hours (39.375 hours per week).
Salary: £12.97 per hour – paid weekly.
