Team Boughey representatives at Cheshire College South and West
As one on the largest employers in the Crewe and Nantwich area, we have taken the opportunity this Autumn to attend two key careers events held by local schools to showcase our company and to give young people the chance to meet some of our team members.
In October, we attended a fair hosted by The Pledge, an organisation that aims to connect young people with local employers. Held at South and West Cheshire College, the event was a great success attended by many young adults from the all over Crewe.
The most recent event, held this month, was hosted by Shavington Academy in Crewe where our team was able to speak to a younger age group and spread awareness of our company’s values and the industry we’re involved in.
