We’re proud to announce that Boughey Distribution has been named ‘Large Employer of the Year’ at the Cheshire College South & West Apprenticeship Awards 2025! 

This award recognises our commitment to developing future talent through apprenticeships in logistics, warehousing, and business operations. With 36 apprentices currently training with us, we’re passionate about providing young people with the skills, experience, and opportunities they need to build successful careers.

Held at Cheshire College’s Crewe Campus, the event celebrated apprentices and employers making a real impact. Guests enjoyed a fantastic evening, including a keynote speech from Sonnaz Nooranvary, entrepreneur and craftswoman from The Repair Shop, who shared how apprenticeships shaped her career. She said, “Apprenticeships are a vital part of our economy – and something that I’m passionate about supporting.”
