The company would like to #inspireinclusion and celebrate a second year recognising our female colleagues on International Women’s Day, which is taking place today!
This year’s theme is to inspire inclusion, which is something we do with all of our colleagues, not just our women.
To shine a light on the amazing women we have throughout our business, we asked our colleagues to nominate those who deserve recognition. The list of nominations are below:

What has inspired me most about Dani is her bold approach stepping forward and declaring “she needs more work to do” to fill her day, this of course is music to my ears and having strong individuals stepping up to take more work, more responsibility is a great quality to have. It’s clear to me that Dani cares about her own wellbeing and satisfaction in the workplace but also cares deeply about our company and its success. Dani’s natural style is one of a relaxed nature, she is easy to talk to, and for the teams to work with across multiple departments. She is demanding in her expectations (of herself and others standards) but I like this, and she is fair and consistent across the board with her interactions. By being involved in Boughey Day and Employee Appreciation Day she has had the opportunity to be inclusive with other team members and be thoughtful of her actions to the wider colleague engagement.”
