What do you enjoy most about being a Business Development Manager?

My role allows me to identify problems and create positive solutions for new and existing customers. I enjoy the variety of the role, as well as understanding new categories, products and customers. 

How do you ensure customer needs are met efficiently?

My role is to understand the market, the customer and future trends and identify solutions or opportunities to deliver growth for you and Boughey. By working collaboratively, we will understand your pain points and ensure that your products are where they need to be and available for your consumer.

What does ‘we do better’ mean to you in the context of Boughey’s services?

We do better at service, ensuring your products are always available for your consumers. We do better at communication, by making sure you have access to the right person when you need it, and we do better at working collaboratively to evolve and improve ways of working. We don’t just want to be a service provider we want to be a partner.
